Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Elite Drops, the operator of elitedrops.gg ("Elite Drops", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, using a live calculation, or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Notice, the Refund and Removal Policy, and the Fair Use Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Elite Drops for an organization or team, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that organization.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. The service is not directed to children under 13, and they may not create or use an account.

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your Discord account secure, and promptly report unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared except through the teammate features described below.

3. What Elite Drops provides

Elite Drops provides route-planning calculations, map information, saved drops, requests, Parties, teammate sharing, and related tools for Fortnite. The service estimates when and where to jump and deploy based on the inputs, terrain data, models, and game information available to it.

Game updates, network conditions, player execution, incomplete terrain coverage, and model limitations can change the result. Elite Drops does not guarantee a landing time, competitive outcome, tournament result, continued availability of a location, or that every calculation is error-free.

4. Free Proof, purchases, and paid access

Free Proof

An eligible account receives three calculations at any supported location. They do not expire until used. Failed, cancelled, timed-out, or server-error attempts do not consume a use. Free Proof is personal, cannot be transferred or combined across accounts, and may be withheld when server-side checks reasonably indicate repeated claims or abuse. You may appeal through support.

One-time products

• Single Location unlocks one stable catalog location and its covered target updates while that logical Fortnite location remains supported.
• Elite Pass unlocks all supported locations for the stated 30- or 90-day period.
• These are one-time payments. They do not automatically renew.

The price, currency, tax treatment, product, location, and access period shown immediately before checkout form part of your purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe or, if you choose it, by PayPal. We do not receive your full card number or your PayPal credentials. Access begins after successful payment and server-side fulfillment.

You agree to pay authorized charges and provide accurate billing-country information. Taxes may be included or added as shown at checkout. Purchases and location retirement are governed by the Refund and Removal Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or statutory guarantee rights.

5. Teammate and Party sharing

Active paid access may let you share one selected location with one persistent teammate. An Elite Pass does not share the entire catalog. Invitations are private, single-use, time-limited, and may not be posted publicly. Separate cooldowns may limit how quickly you change the teammate or selected location. Free Proof, admin grants, and access received from another teammate cannot be shared onward.

A Party Leader may temporarily display one owned target to current Party members. Access ends when a member leaves, is removed, or the Party expires. Because another person can remember or capture information already displayed, only invite people you trust. You are responsible for your use of invitations and may revoke persistent teammate access from your account.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful personal gameplay, practice, scrims, and tournaments. You must not:

• scrape, crawl, automate, mirror, bulk-download, or access the service through an undocumented interface;
• reverse engineer, decompile, extract protected catalog data, or bypass technical access controls except where law expressly permits it;
• resell calculations, sublicense access, operate a competing calculation service from our output, or share access outside built-in sharing features;
• circumvent Free Proof limits, rate limits, country controls, App Check, authentication, payment, or entitlement checks;
• probe, disrupt, overload, introduce malware into, or interfere with the service or another user's account;
• impersonate another person, use fraudulent payment information, manipulate votes, harass users, or submit unlawful, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content; or
• use Elite Drops in a way that violates law, Epic Games rules applicable to you, tournament rules, or another person's rights.

Specific calculation limits and appeal procedures appear in the Fair Use Policy.

7. Your content and public areas

You retain ownership of names, notes, routes, requests, and other content you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup delay and records we must retain by law.

Saved community drops, their notes, votes, and location-request text and pins may be public. Do not submit personal, confidential, infringing, or unlawful material. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or creates a legal or security risk. You can report content through support.

8. Our service and intellectual property

Except for user content and third-party material, Elite Drops and its software, models, design, text, graphics, and original data are owned by or licensed to the operator and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

Fortnite, Epic Games, and related names, marks, images, and game material belong to Epic Games, Inc. or their respective owners. Elite Drops is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games. No third-party material is claimed as our property.

9. Availability, updates, and service changes

We may fix, update, add, remove, or temporarily suspend features for security, legal, technical, game-update, or operational reasons. We will not materially reduce active paid access without a legitimate reason and, where practicable, will provide notice or an appropriate remedy. A Fortnite change may require us to correct, rename, temporarily disable, or retire a location.

We may update these Terms prospectively. For material changes, we will change the date above and provide notice where required. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase. If you do not accept revised Terms, stop using the service and delete your account.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Elite Drops is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not control Fortnite, Epic Games, Discord, Stripe, PayPal, Google, tournament organizers, internet providers, or other third parties.

These disclaimers do not exclude warranties, guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Elite Drops nor its operator, personnel, or suppliers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, goodwill, data, or gameplay opportunity; or tournament outcomes arising from the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid Elite Drops in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of non-waivable consumer rights, or any liability that law does not permit us to limit.

12. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account from the Account page. Deletion is permanent and removes live product access; it is not itself a refund. Financial and fraud-prevention records may be retained as described in the Privacy Notice.

We may rate-limit, restrict, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, respond to legal requirements, or enforce these Terms. Except for urgent security, fraud, or legal risks, we will try to give notice and a chance to appeal. We may permanently terminate an account for material or repeated violations. Any remedy must be proportionate, and unaffected statutory rights remain available.

13. Disputes and governing law

Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. You remain free to contact your payment provider, consumer-protection authority, regulator, or court, and these Terms do not require you to surrender a lawful chargeback or complaint right.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of Elite Drops is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except that mandatory consumer protections where you live continue to apply. A dispute may be brought before any court with jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.

14. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a genuine merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law and notice requirements. These Terms and the policies incorporated above are the entire agreement about the service and supersede earlier terms on the same subject.
