Creator Program Terms

1. Eligibility and approval

The program is invitation or application based. You must have an eligible Elite Drops account, provide accurate application information, accept the current version of these terms, and pass manual review. Approval is not guaranteed. You are responsible for having authority to enter this agreement and, if you are below the age of legal majority where you live, for obtaining any required parent or guardian consent.

2. Codes and attribution

An approved code belongs to the approved creator account and may not be sold, transferred, shared with another promoter, impersonated, or used to mislead buyers. A buyer can arrive through a referral link or enter or remove a code at checkout. Referral links store a first-party value for up to 30 days, and a later referral-link value replaces an earlier one. Attribution is validated and fixed when the checkout intent is created. It cannot be assigned retroactively or moved to another creator after that point.

A code does not give the buyer a discount. Invalid, disabled, suspended, self-referral, or otherwise ineligible attribution is dropped without blocking the buyer's purchase.

3. Commission rates and base

Standard commission is 20%. The Partner tier is 25% after at least $500 in eligible lifetime attributed revenue, and Elite Partner is 30% after at least $2,000. A written founding-partner promotional rate may apply for a window of no more than 90 days while it is shown in the creator ledger. Tier and promotional changes apply only to later checkout intents. They do not re-rate prior orders.

Commission is calculated in whole cents from the amount paid for a fulfilled order excluding tax. Processor fees are not deducted from this base in version 1. The rate and calculated amount are frozen on the commission record when it accrues. Elite Drops may change future rates or tiers with notice, but will not rewrite settled financial history.

4. Holds, reversals, and adjustments

A commission begins as pending and is held for at least 30 days after verified fulfillment. It becomes payable only if the underlying order is still fulfilled and neither the order nor creator account requires review. Full refunds, opened payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate purchases, invalid attribution, or payment failure can reverse or hold a commission. Partial refunds are routed for manual review instead of being automatically prorated.

If a commission was already paid, the paid entry remains part of the immutable ledger. Elite Drops records a separate negative adjustment and may net it against a later payout. If no later earnings exist, Elite Drops may request repayment where lawful and proportionate. A dispute won in the creator's favor can restore the eligible amount through a corresponding ledger adjustment.

5. Manual payouts and tax documentation

Payouts are reviewed manually, normally monthly, after at least $50 is payable. The dashboard's next review date is an operational target, not a guaranteed delivery date. Payment-provider availability, identity checks, tax review, sanctions screening, fraud review, or incomplete payout details may delay a payout. No automated payout rail is promised in version 1.

You are responsible for your taxes and for providing complete and accurate documentation when requested. A United States creator must provide a Form W-9 before a payout when required by the current calendar-year gate; a non-US individual must provide an applicable Form W-8BEN or other approved documentation before payout. Reporting thresholds and withholding duties can change. Elite Drops may pause a payout when documentation is legally or operationally required. Never send tax forms in a public Discord channel or through the creator dashboard.

6. Promotion and conduct rules

You must clearly disclose that you may earn commission and must follow the advertising, endorsement, platform, privacy, consumer-protection, and tax rules that apply to you. You must not:

7. Records and privacy

The creator dashboard shows day-level aggregate visits, checkout starts, orders, revenue base, commission balances, offer totals, and payout history. It does not show buyer identity or per-order timestamps. Financial, payout, fraud-prevention, and audit records may be retained and pseudonymized after account deletion where necessary for legal, tax, security, dispute, and accounting purposes. See the Privacy Notice.

8. Suspension, termination, and changes

Elite Drops may disable a code, hold new accrual, suspend a creator, or end participation for breach, fraud risk, account enforcement, legal requirements, program closure, or reputational harm. Lawfully earned, non-reversed amounts remain in the ledger, subject to review, tax documentation, offsets, and these terms. Terms or future rates may change with reasonable notice. Continued participation after the effective date requires acceptance of the current version.

9. Relationship and general terms

Participation does not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise, exclusivity, or authority to bind Elite Drops. The general Elite Drops Terms of Service also apply. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not waived. Questions or disputes may be submitted through Elite Drops Support.
